Transparent, well-organised management for residences

Alden Residences Management has managed the Alden 2 and Alden 4 residential complexes in Alanya, Antalya since 2010. Today we handle the finances, technical maintenance and administration of 131 apartments and 6 shops across both complexes.

We believe every owner should know how their service charges are spent. That is why monthly income and expense statements and annual reports are available to every owner on our website, with a personal username and password. Foreign owners can also access all information in the Turkish, English, Russian and German versions of our website.

• Financial Management

We track the collection of service charges and shared expenses, payments and the budget. Every month we prepare an income and expense statement and share it with owners.

• Technical Maintenance

We plan the regular maintenance of lifts, water pumps, the generator, the pool and common areas. We respond quickly to faults and keep a record of all work carried out.

• Administration & Legal Matters

We organise owners' meetings in line with the Turkish Condominium Law (No. 634). We implement the decisions taken, manage staff and handle official correspondence.
